2025 scUM Shenanigans, Arguments - NCAA: no wins taken away, no postseason ban

Clown show:

Guys, we are losing ad revenue. We need to get a few articles that get about 500k clicks or we're in trouble. Or maybe one article that generates like 3 million. But to do that we'd have to piss off the easiest fanbase to piss off in sports. Like write a really dopey article that just goes against all common sense, and also pisses off a huge group. Is that even possible?

I agree. In some ways, that makes it just a little sweeter when they will have to answer to their makers.
100%. We didn't just break them. We made them so desperate, they had to do the biggest cheating scheme the sport has ever seen. And then those dipshits wanna talk about who lives rent free in who's head.

He lost me when he said some people may think it is too much, and some may think it is not enough.

Also tries to justify them hand picking the games he's suspended for instead of just suspending him for game 1 and 2 like literally everyone else would/has done in similar situations. "But they can't have him miss the game vs his Alma Mater! That would not be fair!"

2025 scUM Shenanigans, Arguments - NCAA: no wins taken away, no postseason ban

The sports media would love for this to just go all away, so it's not shocking they are trying to will it that way, none of them want to have to report on the uncomfortable reality that multiple seasons of college football were completely compromised because of scUMs cheating scheme.

This is some very odd logic though. We are going to look at scUMs cheating the same way we look at how absurd Tatgate as? In what world are they even remotely comparable? Is the writer trying to say that everyone is going to start cheating just like Michigan so it will become "no big deal"   top notch mental gymnastics. "The NCAA has NIL and all that to deal with so they should just look the other way when it comes to the biggest on field cheating scandal of modern times"

Bonus points for flat out ignoring that this ridiculous self imposed punishment is not for the mean cheating claims, it's for the violations of the deleted texts. There's still 6 looming level 1 violations.

I don't chalk it up to only caring about winning. I chalk it up to their rival having WAY more success than them. Obviously, winning comes with that, but if we weren't a top 3 (I would argue 2) program for the last 20 years........if we were just Penn State level......I don't see them pulling the bullshit Harbaugh pulled starting with the fake COVID ducking.

QB Kirk ‘Nightmare On’ Herbstreit (Frosted Quips, False Narratives Clown, Afraid of THE Lunatic Fringe)

I just assumed that he must have one at home. There was an article years ago about a pony named Whicker.. I guess I just keep waiting for him to drag out a pony if the dog's don't bring enough sympathy. He knows he blew it and there is no way back in Columbus.
I don't know, Steve... the world needs ditch diggers too.

Cleveland Cavs (2016 NBA Champions)

Sounds like the injury report for tonight will be very rough. Still speculation but Mobley and Garland sound doubtful. Hunter is dealing with a dislocated finger on the shooting hand. Mitchell is hobbled.

Yep, injuries are going to end this season in this round.

Mobley, Garland & Hunter are now all officially out tonight

He's got a pony now too?
