Ohio State Women's Basketball (2023-24 B1G CHAMPS)

Taped tOSU v MD game. Well, tuned in for the final quarter and a half. Heard that the Lady Bucks had been up by 19, but when I tuned in, our girls were behind, and stayed there. MD has the genie working for them, they were running in threes from everywhere, by everyone, and there was ALWAYS a hand in their faces. Saw some calls made, that weren't even close, but ref made them for MD. Seemed when our players made contact, whistle blew, but when theirs did, it was play on. OK, well know that a game shouldn't be close enough that a ref's call decides the outcome. On the plus side (I believe), when camera panned on tOSU players walking off the floor, there was looks of determination/anger/etc in all their eyes. Not sure that McDuff is a 'win one for the Gipper' kinda guy, but their faces said it all. Not a great week end, given the men's loss to VA, and wrestlers stopping by PSU, and now MD squeaking by the Buckeyes. Maybe stay from the East coast for awhile?

so I got an update on this (since the 3-4 month answer), and can speak generally (without knowing all the little stuff yet)

Our initial estimate needed was 1400 (350 x 4)
Upon review, we revised this need to 1700 (425 x 4)
BP donated somewhere between 1800-2000ish, which is awesome.

So we raised 29-43% more capital than the 1400 we wanted to raise, which is great. We still cleared the revised total of 1700.

With the adjusted upfront cost (1700), we have about 100-300 leftover. So we've comfortably met the emergency capital needs and there are no alarms sounding.


That's the "can we revive BP" bucket. A resounding yes!


The stability comes from the monthly donations we can plan around, which is a different bucket of funding. Keep those coming in if you're able, and we will update in the near future with what we have raised for monthly commitments as a team!

Beside the fact that your ticket has your gate and flight number along with all the info on the flight app. Besides have you never flown before and can you not read? Lastly, it’s pretty surprising their wasn’t a seat issue.

Too me this is someone trying to fuck things up and grab a headline.

I appreciate your interest in the progress. I'm sorry it is taking us this long to get the answers to all of your questions. Gathering accurate numbers takes a bit of time, and we want to be sure anything we share is reliable. We are still sorting a few things out. One of those is how much we actually received after fees were taken out. Others include both one time and recurring costs. We will be able to share that information soon. I do not have that calculation completed yet. I expect to have that by tomorrow.

Separately from that number, the upcoming annual report will breakdown:
- Exactly what was raised so far, including processing costs
- How much we are spending
- How much we have committed

On the surface it seems like a simpler thing to answer, and I would love to be able to answer that question. We believe we will need $425/month to sustain a stable site. Since at this point we have no idea how many members of our community will be able to contribute financially we really can't know what that average needs to be.

We know people's situations are ever changing. We just want to make sure that as they change, we keep you informed and we remain stable.

Again, I am sorry we haven't supplied more information, but we are still trying to figure it out. Please be patient with us.

this folder was created by some generous member who had a directory that enabled you to sync with it and get all of the games in one place but I haven't seen any sign of action in a very long time. as far as I can tell, since that time there have been individual folders created for each individual season. any torrent you need can be located (although it might not have any seeders) in the forum list with a folder for each season.

to click on the torrent link for the games that you want, click on forum list/Varied Interest/Media/Football Torrents/2020 Football Torrents where I have posted the link for the 2020 season

in the forum list, under the category of: Varied Interest/Media/Football Torrents/2001and Earlier Football Torrents and read my post that says "1985 Iowa at OSU"

I also want to thank user chornii for his quick response for the other things that you requested. I've seen him help many people get games and build their collections, and I have a pretty massive collection myself that I could only enjoy with the kindness of chornii and many others. By the way chornii, I believe you helped me get the games from the 2010 season that seemed to circulate but if you happen to get the three missing games that you don't have, I would love to get those as well if possible. the generosity on this website is beyond compare and should not be the least bit surprising by anybody who is a true Buckeye fan. if anyone reads this post and is looking for other games from other seasons, I most likely have it and would be happy to get the torrent up and going for you if you contact me. best wishes all and of course--
