Geez Dubs, you got all this on vinyl? My stash is only two feet deep. Yours must be around 20'....and eclectic as heck. Liked the psycadelic (sp?) album at top, brings back some late 60's memories. Cannot remember whose, but those times are best kept locked up....and pine for my Klipsch speakers that sold for a song....my first purchase with my first paycheck, from my first job after receiving my MBA....

Puff jumped in after like a week of practice after not even getting to practice with the team at all for the whole season up until that point. That's a very hard thing to do so I'll cut him a break, at this point he was just a desperately needed extra body

And a loss is a loss. This one hurts, because seemed winnable before the tip. Will be fighting Wiscy for an at-large in the Dance, and when one compares side-by-side, this L will hurt.....

Hey, even Jack, Arnie and Tiger have off days. But Mobley seems to have an over-tall, equally agile person hounding him, with or without the ball. And Mobley does get tired. Against Wiscy, he seemed to be getting shots, but just a tad off. With his defender denying him the ball, and our screeners not exactly bulky, they were fighting through to keep pressure on. Let us not forget that Thornton was way below his scoring average as well, and Devin (though he had an upscale game), couldn't outduel the Wiscy bigs (who always seemed around the basket). Team loss.

Well, the ND HC situation seems to have jelled, for the nonce. And since ND is a plum spot, will surmise that they'll get a good LB coach up there. Hopefully Feister notes that two Buckeye LBs will be taken in the first round, plus Curry last year, (maybe not first round), with one of our LBs coming from nowhere, in his single season of playing the position. Add that tOSU is always 'in the hunt', and if it's a solid NIL offer, only Oregon could outbid us, as they are used to doing. Kinda meandering here, but don't believe that tOSU will break the bank for a non-glory position this early in the game. Guess we'll see. PS, having a difficult time guaging how much/who gets what in today's world.

Just wish Coach J woulda been here, when his lineage of 'Johnsons' went through PSU. Seem to recollect that there more than several that were outstanding players.

And Keith Byers finished second in Heisman, behind what's his name's Hail Mary pass. If one takes a long look at the row of Heisman's in the Woody, of the eight, all but one are for running backs.....and as many of have pointed out, there have been some great ones wearing S&G, all of whom could have won that trophy, except for X, who might have had a game or two that were show stoppers. Such is life, am guessing. PS, may have mixed up the # of Heismans (Heismens?) with the National Championships...
