Cleveland Guardians (2025 Season Thread)

Managed one hit tonight.

The “experts” say this organization drafts so many pitchers because it is more effective to trade pitching for hitting. It might be time to test that theory.

I miss the John Hart days of average starting pitching, solid bullpen and position players who could hit. Yeah, they didn’t win a series, but they were more fun to watch.

You can see the defense dialing up the focus. One of the coolest things in sports, when the team goes into hyperdrive trying to help achieve something special.

Benson's catch in the 7th was incredible.

Nope. Saying that because since May 2, he's had 3 bad games. All against playoff contenders and he's had several brilliant games against the Dodgers, Tigers and Rangers who are also playoff contenders if not WS contenders. 7-2 in that time and decimating the Tribe tonight as a little cherry on top. Kid can flat pitch is why I wish he was still a Red.

2026 tOSU Recruiting Discussion

PS, have been accused of over-thinking a/the problem, once or twice. Anyway, it's a good day to be a Buckeye. How many days until kick-off? Gotta think fall camp will start out intense, and build up, knowing that tOSU facing a play-off team on the first go. Hope the boys are prepared! Go Bucks!

This almost sounds like a coping mechanism (not criticizing you) because we aren’t hitting on higher level prospects on which we aren’t hitting
