Watched it over and over in the lane at 8.6, released shot at 5.0 so 3.6TCU guy was in the lane for more than 6 seconds on the game winning shot.

On the bright side, I could care less about the rest of the tourney now that our boys lost. Supposed to be in the 80’s this weekend in SC. Lots of outdoor projects I can start on. Good, not great season. Bruce, I hope you have an NBA future! The rest of the team, keep practicing, growing, and developing. Someone has big shoes to fill at point guard. TIL next year….
This. Needed him just a little bit better, TCU scored in some spurts and we constantly played from behind until near the end. Shoulda woulda coulda. Good fight from the team to scrap and make the Tourney, it was fun to watch and especially to see Bruce make history.Mobley just 3-11 from 3 this game which is not good. I wonder how he misses so many shots, it seems like every one is going to go in when he releases it, but 3-11 is not what the team needed today. Maybe he would shoot better if he slowed down a little.
But would it really surprise you if it wasn't ?
I think it was more than 7 seconds. Extreme enough for the call to actually be made.TCU guy was in the lane for more than 6 seconds on the game winning shot.
Yeah, that was crazy.I still that was the last play they drew up. Defies logic. You got to throw that ball much farther ahead and find Mobley for the final shot. 4 seconds is not enough time for Bruce to go 94 feet.
Well you can't control whether the refs call fouls but I do fault this team for reliance on hero ball instead of teamwork. This is another reason lack of depth hurts, you can't leave guys on the bench if they aren't executing the gameplan.
