Hate to say it, but you're right. No excuse for being demolished in the first half, they knew who they were playing and had plenty of time to prepare. There was no surprise defensive strategy out there for TCU.
If it were Duke I could give the benefit of the doubt. But this is not an overly talented TCU, we are probably more talented overall. They had to have known they were going to pressure the ball and trap at all chances, and they looked like they never saw it coming.
Diebler is going to have to do something next year besides the bare minimum and beating Purdue to accomplish the bare minimum or he needs to go. They looked like they weren't going to make it at all and they ended up getting there so i'm not gonna say fire him now but it's games like this that don't have me overly optimistic that he's the guy to get us out of the funk.

Obviously this OSU team is not good at playing physical basketball, although they seemed to make some strides in recent weeks, they let it get away from them today. Got to play a stronger brand of basketball.

Mobley is so much quicker than Bruce, he's got to be the one dribbling it up if you aren't doing passes up the court. Bruce is physically strong, but he is not the quickest.
That last defensive possession killed me. Don’t just let them stand there and dribble it out and then walk everyone into place for a high percentage shot. Make them work for it. It was way too easy.
