Based on he "Assessed value" or FMV?Mine increased about 20%.
Not to get into politics, but there was a levy in our school district that said it would increase our taxes by only a little bit. I forget what it was. But it was something like $4 for every $1000 your property is worth (according to the county auditor). I did the math, and said that's about $800 per year for us. I voted no. But it passed.
So now I'm paying $1200 more in taxes per year. I'm not entirely sure what the other $400 is from. They probably decided my property gained in value over the past 12 months. Meh - they had it so undervalued for so long that I really shouldn't complain.
blah blah blah is BKB a sexual thingIts always been a cattle market! Regardless of the money being more or not. People in the 80s, 90s, 2000s, etc have said that CFB was dead or they'd stop watching because of some reason, and it usually came back to unfair advantages in the sport. Which in the past was whispered, but it was still about the money. You don't think there was "payment servitude" in the past with SMU, Oklahoma, Nebraska, in the 70s and 80s? Come on now. Its just gasping and clutching pearls in a new form. Nothing is new under the sun
Mine increased about 20%.Mine increased 60%.
Monken was in Cleveland before his three years at UGA correct? My understanding is he was run outta town once before?
Well the bright side is in both games he seemed to shake it in the 2nd half. Not fully but if he played both of the games whole game like he did in the 2nd half we'd likley have won both. That was a little alarming. We heard all year that quick processing was a strength of his and it was a weakness in the last 2 games.
I tell ya Stevie boy, this kid’s got moxie. He’s got that look in his eye. He’ll take us right back to the top. The tippy top I tells ya.Get rid of a Harbaugh to hire.......one of the worst parts of the worst Harbaugh.
Brilliant move.
And they do, but it’s not cheap. It's been my experience that in a community, there's a wrestling/baseball/swimming/basketball person that's willing to give their time on an on-going basis to teach/train youngsters. And having facilities donated to do so. Daughter played 'team basketball' and we traveled, played games all over, and parents contributed dollars for coach to get paid, plus tournament entry fees. Our area had some darn fine women's softball teams, and women's basketball teams, that won state awards (California) year over year, and parents lined up to get their daughter's on those teams. So, extrapolating this to men's wrestling, it takes a former wrestler, with the time, energy, and desire to continue to coach the young 'uns, and not for a while, but on a long-term basis.....

I think it’s the North vs North thing. ND isn’t as national as they think they are, and Ohio state has been there a lot recently. The southeast annd southwest US likely ignored the game.I'm not surprised by the 30M for Monday's game.
I am surprised by only 22M for OSU-ND. Indiana-Miami drew 50% more viewers? Crazy.

50% more viewers. 1% more viewers. Anywhere in between.
