Warde Manuel is the AD, all this shit is going on under his watch. Sooner or later, you either knew, did nothing and are complicit OR you didn't know and are incompetent.

One way or the other, the head man has to be held accountable at some point.

On this particular episode of Keeping up with the Moores, I still am puzzled by the raise the chick got. Someone in the athletic department had to give it to her and I'm willing to blindly bet their reporting structure doesn't have the head football coach giving out raises to department staffers.

Even if she was in his reporting structure, any org that size has process and reviews of that process to keep a manager from playing favorites/getting in HR trouble. There is no way on earth you gave a staffer a 55% raise and didn't have to explain why to someone.

Again, Warde...this is your organization. Explain it to me like I am 5, how does this kind of recklessness go on?
