2025 scUM Shenanigans, Arguments, etc.

It's two guys who clearly cooperated to get a reduced or expedited ruling against them.

Think about it in a criminal context. How comfortable would you be if all of a sudden two members of the gang had their own lawyers and their own deal with the DA?

Even the dumbest of dumb sonsofbitches has to see that coming.
Maybe the dumbest of dumb SOBs, but evidently not the DFBIA

QB Quinn Ewers (transfer to Texas, Miami Dolphins)

Or how about this for a story Paul - Quinn Ewers made several million dollars over the last 4 years playing a game he loves. He could have lived a very comfortable lifestyle and still put a couple million into investments during that time. He didn't have to have that $6 million for staying in college, and he didn't want to deal with school any more. Instead, he moved on to the next phase of his life which he had been striving to reach since he was a kid. Now he's "only" going to make a million or so a year for the next 4 years while fulfilling a dream. Sounds to me like a mature young man made a mature decision. Quality of life isn't solely determined by $ Paulie.

The pot isn't going to stir itself.

He's a braying ass just like the rest of them and to that ilk, money is everything.

They publicly humiliate themselves on, pretty much, a daily basis for it.

QB Quinn Ewers (transfer to Texas, Miami Dolphins)

Paul Finebaum says Texas star 'Flat out blew' $6 million by going all-in on 2025 NFL Draft too early

"How many times do we have to hear about Shedeur Sanders?" Finebaum said. "What about Quinn Ewers? Flat-out blew it. Could have made $5-$6 million. Instead, he was drafted by the Dolphins, which means he will not be playing football next fall."

Finebaum referenced a report from earlier this year that NIL offers in the $6-8 million range existed in the transfer portal for Ewers. Then, he factored in how Ewers will make about $4.3 million over four years with the Dolphins.

Edit - The million or so per year over the next 4 years doesn't include any endorsement contracts he may have, which may well dwarf his salary.

Bill Belichick (HC North Carolina)

Given how powerful he has been in his career, maybe he uses her to scratch his sub itch and get a break form being in control, while she's in just the opposite situation.
He went from Bill Belicheck to Bill Belicuck almost overnight. I don’t think UNC realized that they pretty much hired a 20 something woman as their coach.

Reports out of Florida have the No. 25 recruit of the 2025 class heading to Columbus

The transfer portal closed for NCAA women’s basketball players on April 23 and it's been quiet for Ohio State women’s basketball since April 15, when Boston College guard T’Yana Todd committed to the Buckeyes. On Tuesday, that changed when On3 sports reported that redshirt freshman guard/forward Kylee Kitts chose the Buckeyes.

Originally the No. 25 prospect in the 2025 class, Kitts reclassified as a member of the 2024 class. Kitts is the younger sister of South Carolina Gamecocks post player Chloe Kitts, who won a national championship with head coach Dawn Staley in 2024.

Ohio State’s new forward brings needed height to the program at 6-foot-4, helping fill the void left by graduates Taylor Thierry, Ajae Petty and now Ole Miss forward Cotie McMahon. Like Thierry, Kitts is a hybrid guard/forward who can play both inside and out. The only question surrounding Kitts is how she will adjust to the full court press style of head coach Kevin McGuff’s system.

Now the guard/forward is the likely name to play alongside sophomore center Elsa Lemmilä, who came on strong late in the 2024-25 season for Ohio State. Lemmilä averaged 4.4 points and 4.8 rebounds per game, plus she led the team with 60 blocks.

Kitts is a big who does not park in the post. Instead, Kitts runs the floor, finds open teammates and has no problem going to the basket on her own. Kitts led Faith Christian with 10 points, 10 rebounds and 3 blocks in a State Championship victory. In her final season, at the Hagerty School, Kitts averaged 24.2 points, 14.5 rebounds and 3 blocks.

Initially, Kitts was a 2025 recruit but opted to join the college ranks early and committed to the Florida Gators. However, Kitts did not play in the regular season and earned a redshirt season, giving the Buckeyes full eligibility, should Kitts stay four years.

On April 8, Kitts announced her move to the transfer portal and included a do no communicate tag upon entry. Kitts visited NC State and other power conference schools before she visited with the Buckeyes on April 21 and 22.

McGuff’s program now has 10 players on its roster with the addition of Kitts, although neither the team nor Kitts has publicly announced the commitment.

2025 scUM Shenanigans, Arguments, etc.

That's gotta make those daily meetings with Jimmy a bit awkward. Such a fucked up mess ....
Cheatin' Jim doesn't give a shit. He used tsun as vehicle to get back to the NFL the last 3-4 years he was there. He has no intention of ever coaching in college again. So while the show causes doled out to Cheatin' Jim and his cheatin' minions are largely symbolic, they portend bad stuff for tCun. The NCAA doesn't toss around show cause penalties like candy and tCun now have three coaches slapped with them. They save those for the coaches that really fucked up, almost always involving the coaches misleading or concealing during an investigation which is exactly what gets you LOIC'd.
