The 1940s were swell. ND was cooking with gas!

Going tonight and expecting an "L."Blew a 4 goal lead in the 3rd period tonight but luckily managed to win in OT.
I totally agree with you on that. There is no question Okie State believes he can win it all this year. My observation is more along the lines with what is the point of it other than Jax’s personal goal of winning an individual title? For instance, were they initially redshirting him to get acclimated to the college world (he should be finishing up his senior year of high school), and to save him to contend for a team title next year? But maybe they have heard through the grape vine that this 5 years to wrestle rule is a done deal, and that he’ll get an additional 4 years regardless after this year? I understand that this is as much of an individual sport as it a team sport, so I am wondering if Okie State just decided to let him fly knowing they will have 5 years of him wrestling vs waiting a year to where their studs round into shape and could potentially be competing for a team title too. I have no idea, just spit balling. Not considering OKST believes he can win it this year...
Not considering OKST believes he can win it this year...Pulling Jax Forrest’s redshirt was odd
I'd suggest looking in the romper room threads for this...Anyone can come in here and say those 2 words.
If you want my vote to be my representative to the BP congress, you need to explain the next step.
Anyone can come in here and say those 2 words.Tap. Tap. Tap. (Clears throat)
Fuck *ichigan.
A school like Miami will not be able to participate in top nonconference tournaments along the same lines as a high major program; however, some of the tournaments that aren't as prominent do have mid- and low-major schools playing. Now, that's not necessarily going to change their strength of schedule a lot, but they could pick and choose one that has a little bit stronger mid-majors.
I don't fault Miami for nonconference tournaments as much as the fact that they didn't play any guarantee games. You're a MAC school, you play guarantee games. That's how it is. The MAC is rated the 17th-best conference per KenPom. MAC programs aren't even mid-majors, they're low-majors. You play high majors on the road when you're a low-major. Mid-majors can get away with not playing the big boys on the road, but even they sometimes choose to do it.
I don't believe there is anything final yet. But yes, I've seen it. I'm good with a straight 5 years...Have you heard/read about the NCAA granting wrestlers an additional year of eligibility? As in they will have 5 years to compete
