ESPN just now was talking about whether Auburn could make it, they pointed out no team has ever gotten an at-large bid with 16 losses, BUT ONLY FOUR TEAMS HAVE EVER MADE THE TOURNAMENT AS AN AT-LARGE WITH 15 LOSSES, AND THEY WERE ALL FROM THE SEC! BOOM!

They really think they belong in that group. They're 145th in the USNews ranking, accept 82% of their applicants and have an average SAT 100 points lower than Ohio State and as much as 200+ points lower than most schools on that list.

The Big 12 is utilizing an experimental court surface for their conference tournament. It's some sort of glass surface. It lights up the 3-point arc when someone hits a 3, and lights up the interior of the 3-point arc with a broken glass image when someone makes a dunk. They also are able to put graphics of each team on the court and switch them up depending on the matchups & of course use the surface for advertising images. That was what was ironic about beating Iowa today a loss and probably a 10 seed and now looking at a 9 seed. 9 seed is the worst.

ESPN is always going to comically shill for the product they are under contract with, it's very annoying and its even more bullshit in football since they control the CFP and get extra influence over it, but it is what it is at this point.
