WR Mylan Graham (National Champion, transfer to Notre Dame)

Notre Dame’s push for Mylan Graham

It was Matt Freeman of Irish Sports Daily who first reported that Notre Dame had made contact with Graham, and I can verify that is true. I was told previously that there was expected to be some interest in him, but there seems to be considerably more than just “some”. There are other programs, such as Louisville and Auburn are also very interested, but I am told that the Fighting Irish are in a good spot and are working to get Graham on campus.
The biggest potential hurdle for Notre Dame might be from Graham’s previous school, Ohio State. Their staff is still working to retain Graham, especially after also losing Quincy Porter to the portal as well. Without Brian Hartline a part of the program, that retention could prove difficult, but as we have all learned about the portal, money talks.

The first step is for Notre Dame to get Graham on campus. If they do, then we can have an honest conversation about where things stand. The vibes are, however, solid to kick off this second chance to recruit Graham.

WR Devin McCuin (Official Thread)

Ohio State football adds key transfer portal addition – and it had to happen due to a loss the Buckeyes just took

The Buckeyes just got a bit more explosive on offense with latest portal news.

McCuin was clocked running a 10.28 in the 100-meter in high school. He’s got big-time speed and athletic ability. After losing former five-star WR Quincy Porter to the portal this week, adding an immediate impact player at that position was a must. McCuin fits that category.

It will be intriguing to see how McCuin adapts to a clear uptick in competition, but his speed and overall profile play to any opponent or scheme. He will have one season of eligibility remaining. McCuin totaled 65 receptions, 726 yards, and eight touchdowns in 12 games this season at UTSA.

“Per Pro Football Focus’ grades, McCuin recorded an overall grade of 78.2 last season, which is considered well above average. He had a receiving overall grade of 79.5 and a 54.7 grade as a run blocker. At his size, McCuin could feasibly line up on the outside or in the slot for Ohio State next season.” — 247Sports

Miami (FL) Hurricanes (1926-2003)

Still doesn't change the way he went about it. Fuck him, fuck Miami, and fuck Cokehead Irvin.
You know, everyone always talks about "coke off a hookers ass". Michael has lived the dream for real.

“THEY STOLE ONE.” Pro Football Hall of Famer and Miami alum Michael Irvin has been running victory laps in the media since the Hurricanes beat the Buckeyes in the Cotton Bowl. That includes an appearance on The Rich Eisen Show, where Irvin explained why Miami’s win over Ohio State meant a little extra to him.

“There was nothing better than beating Ohio State because they stole one,” Irvin said.

Why do I share this blasphemous Irvin take about the 2003 national championship game now?

Because Miami plays Ole Miss in the Fiesta Bowl on Thursday, and I’d better not see any Ohio State fans rooting for the Hurricanes so the Buckeyes’ loss looks better. No. No. No. Miami kicked Ohio State’s butt. Now I want to see Ole Miss take Mario Cristobal’s team to the woodshed.

(And yes, I’m also rooting for the Rebels because I’ve enjoyed watching them stick it to Lane Kiffin.)

Ohio State just added a lot of experience to its 2026 linebacker corps.
Former Wisconsin linebacker Christian Alliegro committed to the Buckeyes on Thursday, as the senior elected to spend his final year of eligibility in Columbus.

Alliegro played a rotational role for the Badgers in 2024, playing in all 12 games but starting just three. He played 10 snaps or fewer in Wisconsin's first two games that year, per Pro Football Focus, 32 snaps or fewer in the next five before surging to the top of the depth chart with at least 67 snaps in UW's final four contests. He finished his sophomore campaign with 66 tackles, five tackles for loss and three sacks.

The Alliegro File

  • Year: Senior
  • Size: 6-4/247
  • Pos: LB
  • Previous School: Wisconsin (2023-25)
  • 2025 Stats: 53 tackles, 8 TFL, 4 sacks
The start of Alliegro's junior season showed the true depths of his potential. In his first seven games, he racked up 48 tackles, six TFL and two sacks. Then, in that seventh game against Ohio State, he broke his arm. Despite playing through the injury the rest of the contest, he missed Wisconsin's next two games with the injury and wasn't the same while wearing a club upon his return. He never recorded more than two tackles in his final three games.
All told, Alliegro finished 2025 with 53 tackles, eight tackles for loss and four sacks. A savvy, physical player with a nose for the football, he could fill in at either Mike or Will linebacker next season for Ohio State.

There will be some competition for Alliegro when he arrives at Ohio State. The Buckeyes' No. 3 linebacker, Payton Pierce, returns after a 43-tackle season coming off the bench in 2025. Sophomore Riley Pettijohn is a five-star prospect who showed flashes during his brief appearances as a freshman.

Regardless, adding a player with Alliegro's experience strengthens Ohio State at the linebacker position in 2026 after it had the nation's best tandem, All-Americans Sonny Styles and Arvell Reese, in 2025.

WR Devin McCuin (Official Thread)

Low risk, high upside.

I like it….this kid can make people miss while still getting downhill fast. Adds an element we’ve missed for a while now. A physical WR looking to fight for every yard he can when the ball is in his hands. Prob not the best route runner, but in space, he’s dangerous.

I think it’s an interesting play…..I like it in theory based on how teams play Jeremiah.
Assuming you're right about his routes, this is one of the great things about the portal: a kid with ability/speed and some results gets the chance to develop as a legit receiver. Could be similar to Klare's experience last off-season and season at TE; converse, of course, as he came in as a good receiver, but not a legit TE at the tOSU level.
