Congrats to Ted on being named a semi-finalist for the Biletnikoff Award for the nation's top receiver. Per the ESPN Game ticker.

2006 Biletnikoff Semi-finalists (I think 1 guy is missing) EDIT - the list of 14 was complete:

Ted Ginn, Jr - Ohio State
Calvin Johnson - Georgia Tech
Jeff Samardzija - ND
Steve Smith - USC
Dwayne Jarrett - USC
Adarius Bowman - Oklahoma State
Robert Meachem - Tennessee
Mario Manningham - Michigan
Jarrett Dillard - Rice
Johnnie Lee Higgins - UTEP
DeSean Jackson - Cal
Dallas Baker - Florida
Derek Kinder - Pitt
Jaison Williams - Oregon

Ginn's a great player, but I would take Jarrett over him as a WR. Also, whoever is dumb enough to draft Brady Quinn in the top 3 deserves the bad lucky that's coming to them. Compared to Smith's demeanor on the field, Quinn looks like a 10 year old boy in the face of adversity and tough competition. And if we know anything about football, it's a game for men, not for boys. Quinn is someone that you take a chance on in the 2nd round or 3rd round with the hope that he develops 3 years down the road. He is not ready to be a franchise QB in the NFL at all.

As a WR, ok yes. On my team, TG2.. the added dimesnions make him worth more IMO.
