Thomas looks to me that he is growing into a Defensive tackle. Outgrowing the DE position.

Thomas looks to me that he is growing into a Defensive tackle. Outgrowing the DE position.

He could probably stay at DE if he keeps his his speed and technique. Look at Diesel Washington, got to campus at 298 and remained at DE but has the versatility to play DT as well. I'm hoping the same can be done with Thomas

Very similar skill sets imo. I don't care where he lines up, he will wreak havoc.

Having guys like Diesel, Joey bosa, Dylan Thompson and hopefully Thomas, will greatly benefit our D line with their versatility to play inside and outside. I'm sure all will eventually find a true position, but can still play another when need be.
