Agreed, Pickett Jr. is a prime candidate for that position with his size and athleticism. With Pickett having 30 sacks in one year is amazing. Hoping also that we make him a priority. Maybe a Jack player?

Pickett is a more polished Elias Rudolph, IMOWith Pickett having 30 sacks in one year is amazing. Hoping also that we make him a priority. Maybe a Jack player?
The Armstrong twins are severely underrated imo. I watched them in the state semis and finals, and kept thinking what college team had them committed not realizing they were juniors. They have held up very well against great competition. They just need some physical development at the college level (most do) and I think they'll come into their own at the next level.Watching the Armstrong brothers on ESPN right now against Good Counsel. Pretty good job of pass blocking so far. St Eds has pulled both of them a lot more than I expected. Boy can they control a side of the Defense though and Good Counsel has some big dudes on their Dline.
Well he is from Missouri, so may not be pure NIL with staying home.Mizzou??? Pitiful
I believe Missouri also has a law that high school athletes are ineligible for NIL unless they go to a school in state.Well he is from Missouri, so may not be pure NIL with staying home.
But I see Scott and Houston and it just makes me smile. Both are absolute studs...need to build around that foundation and hopefully flip Lightfoot at DE, add Pickett Jr, and hopefully find one more suitable DT to pair with Scott. With the way we rotate our DL, I would think recruits would be lining up to play with guys like Scott and Houston (plus Mickens, Moore and McDonald from the '23 class). I know there is more to it than that, but playing around elite talent at the DL position helps avoid double teams and extra attention from the offense...gotta be worth something for kids trying to get recognized.
Not quite. They are eligible to cash in immediately if they stay in state. If they choose an out of state school, they have to wait till they're at that school.I believe Missouri also has a law that high school athletes are ineligible for NIL unless they go to a school in state.
