I guess the phrase "developed here" is going to have to really apply to the OL if the team is going to continue to be elite.

This is good
I bet you are a lot of fun at parties.in a vacuum yes this is good... would love to see it broken out by class and positions as well.... I think we'd see some glaring holes there...
I think this year for Alabama, the holes on offense are seen as much worse because Young was so talented, he was able to cover up a number of those glaring weaknesses. Alabama still has more talent than most of the nation, and the lack of talent at QB has made them look inept. It also doesn't help that Saban is a defensive coach, so that doesn't help either. The difference with OSU, is the opposite, Day is so offense focused, that we rarely have to worry about that side of the ball, but his defense's leave much to be desired.Alabama has some as well the last few years. At RB and WR. And this year at QB
And that's another area where its quite surprising, because Bama has won some BIG battles for very talented OL. But can't develop them. They bring in these massive bodies, who are liabilities in space. And again, Young was able to mask much of that with his play. Milroe just isn't very good(all athlete, and little of an actual QB)- but he's their best option, Buchner is a lower P5 level caliber QB, and Simpson is too inexperienced to hand the keys over to. Procter looks like a deer in headlights, and the rest of the OL doesn't look any better. For all the knocks on OSU's OL, look at these few "highlights" and tell me which OL you'd rather have:And offensive line. Alabama’s is hot garbage.
I'm the best when I'm 6 beers in. You'll learn more than you ever wanted to know about something you could care less about :)I bet you are a lot of fun at parties.

Subterfuge Saturday! Get the flips going after the big road win.I’m assuming lots of visits by coaches this bye week. The question is whether we will have commitments?
I think he's right. The O-line recruiting has been suspect. An SDSU transfer, really? That's the best we have to start at OT?I bet you are a lot of fun at parties.
