tOSU Recruiting Discussion

I have a feeling that Urban will really clean house to get rid of some of the dead wood on the roster. 2015 is setting up nicely for a national championship run, especially if Spence returns (Braxton almost certainly will), and I'd rather take my chances with impact freshmen than nonproductive upper classmen.
Space being made for new recruits now.
With the news that fourth-year juniors Chris Carter and Antonio Underwood will not return to the team next season.

So, UK doesn't make a bowl and their oc is taking the head job at troy. Wonder how Mr. Harris feels about this.
Hopefully that Bama game didn't impress him too much because they could be the leader over Kentucky with a great visit. After watching that game it makes me realize that OSU needs to land some fast physical receivers that can take over games. In my opinion we haven't had one of those receivers since David Boston. The big ten is superior this year in terms of RB's but doesn't come close when comparing WR's. Cooper, Coates, and Williams looked dominant in that game.

The thing about Bama is you have talent around you that you may be splitting carries with another Jr or Fr(yeldon-henry) where as at OSU he waits a year or so gets some good PT and is in sole position of RB assuming he pans out. With Lane kiffin there seems they like to pad the WR stats too.

The kid has said multiple times he doesn't mind/want to be the sole back...kid wants to get together he pros. He knows the less wear and tear from college the better....

Mike Thomas says otherwise...

OSU will have the same issue. Curtis Samuel and Parris Campbell(still an unknown, I know) will still be here, George Hill will getting carries as will hopefully Demorrio McCall, and any RB in this system will be splitting carries with the pivot and the QB. So in essence it won't be any different than what's at Bama. And I'm not even mentioning the RB we'll get in 2016
