Thread of What You've Eaten, Cooked and/or Drunk Lately

holy hell. what language is that’s recipe in?
i have no clue what half those ingredients are.
Real quick and easy. Sautee diced onion, carrot, leek and rutabaga in lard, not vegetable oil. Remove and brown your meat, preferably lamb, a cheap cut and bacon. Return veggies to pot and cover with water, add a few bay leaves and a few sprigs of time. Bring to a boil then simmer until the broth is just slightly thinner than a demi glace. I cook the potatoes seperately and add them last. Salt and pepper, your done. You can add a few cloves of garlic if you're so inclined.

My chili. Chunks of stew meat instead of ground beef. Pintos instead of kidneys. Dry sherry, Ro-tel maters, finely chopped portobello ’shrooms and vanilla are a few of my ingredients. Always make sure to let it burn a bit on the bottom and stir that back in.

I use the corn chips for spoons. Sharp, sharp, sharp old cheddar. I won’t eat it until it spends at least one day in the fridge to “finish”. Yearly fall tradition.
