Putting a 1 loss Alabama team that didnt win their division and best win being over a Texas A&M team that might not even finished ranked over a major conference champion also with 1 loss would definitely cause some hilarious mental gymnastics amongst the SEC fluffers at ESPN and sports media in general. Pretty much the only reasoning would be "they got in because they are Bama" there would really be no other excuse.

Committee at least had a plausible reason to put Alabama in over a 2-loss Ohio State team (over a one-loss Wisconsin team is another matter). If it comes down to a one-loss B1G Champion Ohio State vs a one-loss non-SEC Champ Alabama and Alabama gets in, the rest of the conferences should pull out post haste.

Bama's resume this year is a joke. As mentioned before. A loss to LSU and their "best" win becomes either Texas A&M or Miss State (they arent losing to them) who are both liable to finished unranked or in unspectacular positons.

Not even just Ohio State. A 1 loss Washington State Pac 12 Champ should get in over a 1 loss Bama team who didnt even make the SEC title game.

Bama basically would be getting rewarded for missing the SEC championship game. And one of LSU/UGA or UK punished for having to play in it essentially. As one would be forced to take a loss and be effectively eliminated from the playoff taking a second loss while Bama sits at home.

I'm just saying last year they propped up some teams the week before the final decision that made our chances look pretty good. Then they shit all over it and put Bama in anyways.

Even worse, that clown Kirby Hocutt claimed the week before the championship games that the margin between OSU and Alabama was thin. That weekend, OSU went out and beat #3 Wisconsin on a neutral field, and yet couldn't make up that "thin" margin? GMAFB.

You don't even know how much I wanted to riot after that. The worst was when everyone save for Joel Klatt gave him a pass for that BS. It was then I knew I needed a break from college football because sports should never get someone that heated.
