That's one of my major problems, or hurdles... whatever you wanna call it. I have very little endurance when it comes to running or lifting. I've always been like that.

I hear you. I hate running and have not run any type of distance since conditioning for high school soccer. I just started on the treadmill by alternating a couple of minutes walking and then a couple of minutes running. I just kept at it from there. I used to work with someone who started by running to the end of his block as that was all he could do. This was a couple of years ago. He ran his first 25K and finished it this past spring.

I use a bit of extra motivation. My dad died when I was little. He was overweight, ate like crap, drank, smoked and never exercised. I figure I really need to eat better and exercise so I can be around for my boys for years to come.

It really is all about finding what works for you and sticking with it. This time I finally found something that works for me and I feel better for it.

That is a great way to start! Good for you for deciding to take action.

SIMV, howz it going? I know you are waiting on more info. I will try to get to it today. Are you doing the items we discussed?

Ummmm....

You'd probably think that I'm still not eating enough. I just cant make myself eat if I'm not hungry, and like we discussed, I only get hungry twice or so a day. I've still been eating pretty healthy. Salads for lunch and whatever I can get my hands on for dinner. However, I have slacked off of the exercise part the past week. I'll get back to that soon. I've had a lot going on lately.
