Sports 'journalists' (Who Don't Work For ESPN)

Just what the fuck is that [Mark May]? LSU at 13 and Oklahoma at 15? Clemson at 22? How does this guy get an AP vote?

Yup, this guy's AP ballot is a bunch of bullshit each and every week. He's had some real jokes starting from week one. He gives good journalists a bad name. I think he's pulling for a job at ESPN too, because he seems to favor the SEC. His excuse why he had A&M in his Top 25 still last week (Despite 3 straight losses) is that "They'd be the #2 team in the B1G." Yup, sure, Drew.

I heard this gem from Pete Futiak on radio tonight:
"I truly believe, in my heart of hearts, that you could take Arkansas and put them in the Big Ten and they'd be in the thick of the race and I truly beleive, in my heart of hearts, that you put Michigan State or Ohio State in the SEC West and they're Texas A&M."

Texas A&M isnt beating anyone who is even only semi competent. Their hype was based off beating a garbage south carolina team in week 1 who has proven they never even belonged in the top 25 as well.

i definitely wouldn't go that far. However I do believe Arkansas is better than their 0-5 conference record shows.
I think if you move them into almost any other division in america (including SEC East) and they at least have a couple wins by now.

naturally, they'll play over their heads and beat LSU in 2 weeks.

They do seem to save their best for LSU! I remember listening to the 2007 game as I was driving back to Florida from Ohio. Then I was able to pick up the superstation from NO (WLW?) and listened to the melt from Chattanooga all the way to Thomasville, GA.
