Understood, and to each their own. It's simply sharing of opinions.I'm not a fan of the rivalry, I'm a fan of Ohio State.
I don't want Harbaugh to do well. I don't want "awesome battles" with Michigan, I want to beat them. I want Dick Rod or cHoke or some other idiot running that team up north. I hope that Harbaugh's stay in Ann Arbor is as short as possible.
Yep I also don't understand it. I mean FSU and now even we have proven that if you go undefeated, and in the right year even with a loss, you can go to the playoff from a crap conference. UM doesn't need to be good. It's as if some people would rather win 6 out of 10 games vs UM than 8 out of 10. Just because it will feel better or something? So I see some of us want to go back to seeing top Ohio kids wearing maize and blue, doing Heisman poses and walking around with roses in their mouths. Because that's how M*ch*g*n gets good again. They must steal from us. Some of you are too young, or are just plain being naive. Why do you think we hate those fuckers in the first place? Because they are leaches. They produce nothing. They are villains and they are evil. Tress buried them and now we want them resurected? To lure our talent north? WTF?
BINGO. Has nothing to do with being scared of them at all, Jesus H Christ, Urban Meyer ain't gonna be scared of Jim Harbaugh. And neither am I as a fan. Bring that mother fucker on.It's not that I wish for tsun to be good. I have no control over the situation. But tsun being [Mark May]ty wasn't going to last forever. If they are going to be good again, and hiring Harbaugh is a step in that direction, then I'm not scared of heisman poses or traitors. I welcome the challenge with every belief that tOSU will rise to the occasion.

But to fret over the fact that OSU might lose a few recruits b/c JH will be the next coach of tsun?? C'mon folks. Listen to yourselves. Being concerned over [Mark May] like that smells of fear and uncertainty. Our coach is Urban Meyer. We have every reason to be confident.
Bring on the challenge. I want to beat Michigan when they're a top #10 team, not a BIG bottom feeder.
There's a difference between what you just said and what many people are saying. Really, you said exactly how I feel. We have no control on UM being good. It inevitably would happen. But that doesn't mean you WANT them to be good. There are people who actually WANT them to be good. As in, if they hired Hoke 2.0 they would be disappointed. That's what makes me question some people's logic. It's not that I wish for tsun to be good. I have no control over the situation. But tsun being [Mark May]ty wasn't going to last forever. No actually what is has to do with is odds and risk reward.
The key factors in the equation are the reward side:1) OSU doesn't need scUM to be any better than they are now (see current inclusion in the playoffs) and the Risk side; 2) the better scUM is the higher their odds of beating OSU.
So any increase to risk that doesn't also increase reward is a bad thing for OSU. The people pining for a better scUM are also essentially saying "lets add risk without any reward because you know Woody and Bo".
Just saying it's an opinion and to each his own doesn't make it a smart opinion.
