Rose Bowl: USC 38, Penn St. 24 (Final)

How the hell does Penn State not get [censored]ed off watching USC dance every 5 seconds on the sideline?

[censored], it makes me want to go punch them in the [censored]in' mouth.

I know I'm a bit old fashioned - celebration is one thing, but the USC players and coaches are taking it to the extreme dancing on the sidelines, etc., CONSTANTLY, and therefore it is classless and unnecessary, imo.

But, the entire nation is watching, so....what goes around, comes around. We'll see how they feel when the shoes on the other foot.

What else are the announcers supposed to say ?? They are talking about what is happening on the field. It is not thier fault the game is so one sided. Do you think Herbie enjoys dogging the Big 10.....

As for the ND remark, yes it may be true but ... ND may well end up
tied with the entire Big 10 for bowl victories this season.

You're kidding right? ND could beat Indiana in the Big 10 and that's about it. Keep thumping your chest about that win over Hawaii.

I like it. You've competed at things before - it's mental warfare.

USC acts as though it has already won the game, and if you're on the other end, you can't help but be shaken.

That swagger is worth a touchdown, IMO.

If they run out of topics in the blowout, I wouldn't mind hearing about how the Reggie Bush NCAA investigation is going.

I vaguely remember something like that being discussed, if ever so briefly, during the Alamo Bowl a few years ago. :tongue2:

I know that some people just can't come to the conclusion that the Big 10 is not competitive with the elite teams the last couple of years, but let's all just assume that they aren't. My quesiton is this, 'Why is the Big 10 not competitive, is it coaching, is it talent, wtf is it?'

New dance moves? They won't be dancing so much in the Shoe. We'll see in Sept.

Doesn't sound like you're responding to me, but it appears to be everything. Talent and coaching on the lines, mainly.

but ou can lose to Texas an Florida to miss.... next argument please
They both had the benefit of playing much harder schedules. When you play a schedule as weak as USC's, you can't afford to lose. When you play 'Bama, Georgia, the rest of the SEC, FSU, etc, you get a little more leeway.

Come on now BB. It's not like they talked about the allegations against Ohio State for the entire 2nd quarter or anything. And they didn't call for Tressel and Andy Geiger to be fired. Don't be so thin skinned man.

Fucking espin cock suckers.

Give me a lesson in how things work, then. I thought voters voted for who they thought looked better.

Yes, that is part of it (computer rankings, etc.) But here is another presumption, that the voters are not voting according to bias or agenda. I personally, can put by biased aside mainly since tOSU isn't even in the conversation, but can you say the same about voters who are USC, Florida, or Texas fans?
