I think you may have missed the post about our soft middle facing other conferences top end.

I don't think our soft middle has played the conferences top end this year. None of the opponents the B10 has faced this year is top end in their conference.

Why would I as an ASU fan be clinging to the Rose Bowl? My team has been there twice in the last 20+ years. As I said, the Rose Bowl has been around for like 95 years and what is the point of changing the location? If I were to "cling" to any bowl it would be the Fiesta Bowl because it is local to me. I thought tOSU fans loved tradition? The Rose Bowl is tradition at its finest.

I don't know why....but saying "nobody is clinging to it!!!" followed by "leave it where it is...get your own bowl!!!!" doesn't really mesh.

Would it make you feel better if I said I don't want any of the BCS bowl locations changed - not just the Rose Bowl?

The Big10 has pull. Why don't they get together a big bowl in the midwest?

MSU played the SEC's #3.

MSU is B10 #3. So that seems about right. Two soft middles playing each other and the better one won.
