If the offense subs, the defense has to be given time to sub. That's why it was a penalty on USC even though PSU had more than 11 on the field at the snap.

A chance for the announcers to actually explain something, and they don't bother.

That just speaks to the bias that we are hearing. Saying nothing is saying something.
