Those two sentences seem to conflict with each other.

Also, there is an unwritten rule at BP. Unless you know the true key to the game, you must begin sentences with a capital letter.

ESPN: Chat with Mel Kiper - SportsNation

bob(columbus): Am I selfish to think Beanie should stay for his senior year?

Mel Kiper: He has an interesting decision to make. With the injury early on, it took him a while to get back to his level. He has to think if he wants to go back and be healthy all year or I showed everyone my speed and I want to go. He could think that he's shown enough. That's a tough call. If he does come out, he'll be one of the top RBs in the draft. What helps him is that LeSean McCoy has indicated that he might go back to Pitt. That helps Wells if he does come out. There would be no senior RBs that are ahead of Wells.

The GM that even considers taking McCoy over Wells needs to be fired. What the fuck are these guys watching at scouts inc.? McShay has been on McCoy and Moreno's nutsack from the get-go and now Kiper thinks there's actually a decision to be made?

Finally getting around to watching The Game again...did anyone notice Beanie push Stevie Brown back down as they were getting up after TD #1?

Classic.

Check out Hartline's little "accidental" elbow to Warren's head on that play as well.

Are they showing the game on TV again soon? I don't have Tivo or DVR :(

They did replay in ESPN classic on Wednesday. If you have it, check ESPNc, they could play it again on Friday. I doubt you'd see it after Friday, except during the two or three weeks after the conference championship games, the college football "dead zone". You might see it pop up then.

Regarding coming back, I made a post in another thread (should have been this one, but it was part of another conversation) about Beanie being "The Man" and doing what is right by his family, etc. So I didn't expect him to come back.

Another item was brought receintly, how does the expiration of the current NFL collective barganing agreement affect this years juniors? Does the current agreement expire at the end of the next NFL season (2009)? If they came to an agreement, does it take effect in 2010 or 2011? If it's 2010, any junior able to sniff the first few rounds would be stupid not to come out now. Waiting could cost them millions if there is an (expected) rookie salary cap, not to mention the possibility that there could be a strike, screwing up their first year.
