QB/WR Braxton Miller (B1G POY, National Champion, OSU HOF)

Ok those r some good comparisons, I'd be fine if he plays anywhere near the levels of Taylor and/or Sheppard. I watched Sheppard take over the Under Armour game last year with his speed! My bad about the comparison to Gardner, I just thought both of these kids ran a lot more than the other QBs and had great athleticism. But being like Sheppard sounds even better!

Super junior considers multiple offers

Junior quarterback Braxton Miller (Huber Heights, Ohio/Wayne) is one of the top class of 2011 prospects in the Midwest. The 6-2, 190-pounder threw for over 1,000 yards and rushed for over 500 during his freshman season when he established himself as a major college prospect.

Miller missed most of his sophomore season due to a broken right leg, which he suffered near the beginning of the season. Miller is 100 percent healthy once again and ready for a big junior season.

Miller has close to a dozen scholarship offers. His list includes Ohio State, Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, Miami, Oklahoma, West Virginia and Cincinnati.

"I wouldn't say I have a favorite," Miller said. "Right now I'm just getting ready for the season."

Tim at mgoblog seems to think that tsun still has a shot at Braxton.

Braxton Miller, 6-2 190 4.45, Huber Heights OH Wayne. Miller (seen at right) is guaranteed to be one of the top 2 or 3 players in Ohio for the 2011 class, but he's long been considered an Ohio State lock. Though his dad has said that Braxton won't play in an offense where the quarterback has to run around all the time, Miller attended Michigan's summer camp, so there's still a chance he might be interested in the Wolverines.

Just thought I would post this in case anyone wanted a good laugh this morning.

Wayne?s Miller the total package at QB

Ohio State fans already hoping highly touted junior will come to Columbus.

He runs. Oh, my, how he runs.
And he?s proven he can throw the football 70 yards in the air.
Wayne High School quarterback Braxton Miller has it all ? size, arm strength, poise, charisma and leadership, plus 4.49 speed.
That?s why he?s considered Ohio?s top college prospect in the Class of 2011, the No. 1 player on Ohio High Magazine?s Top 150 list.
The 6-foot-2, 185-pound junior has been offered by Ohio State, and Buckeye fans are salivating at the thought of Miller one day taking over the quarterback reins when OSU sophomore Terrelle Pryor eventually leaves for the NFL.
?There are coaches who coach their whole career and they never get the fortunate blessing to coach a player like Braxton Miller,? Wayne coach Jay Minton said. ?Everybody saw how much we missed him last year when he got injured. We want him to stay healthy.
?He?s matured a lot in the offseason. He?s a competitor and a leader, a quiet leader. He?s very coachable and very humble. Everything you?d want in a player, Braxton has it. It?s important to get the right people around him, and make them feed off of him and him feed off of them, and make everybody better.?

His arm is only going to get better with better coaching, don't get me wrong Minton (Wayne's head coach), is a great coach. But the O-Coordinator is horrible, and has been now for years. Which I think has held Braxton back from progressing in throwing the ball. Hopefully he commits to Ohio State, because Tressell and Bollman have shown they can make running QB's great passers. It's shown for Troy Smith. From what everyone is saying, it's starting to show with Terrelle Pryor.

How sweat would it be to to get a Braxton commit and shore up the QB position till 2014 or 2015 , now that would be awesome !!! Terrelle till Jr. or hopefully Sr. year maybe one year of Kenny Guiton or Taylor Graham then its Miller time !!!!!
