I'm probably going to catch the Wayne vs. Princeton game at Welcome. If I do, I'll throw down my scouting report.
I'm def. going to that one, and Lakota W./Northmont game as well. Then coming back for the STA/UA game Sat. Man I'm amped!

Then there's the Wayne / Glenville game in Huber Hts on 9/11.
That's the one I'm trying to make.

Me too man...I pretty much promised someone I would be at an important shindig, so I'm trying to figure it out. Sooo many good prospects in that game, likely 12-18 D1 prospects.

Could you maybe post your thoughts before you throw it on the ground?

I actually just might take the ole' notebook scout style

I'm tryin to get to the first game but my football buddy (dad) is hesitant. I'm scratching my head as to how you would miss watching Hicks. Hit me up though, I'll be there too hopefully.

DAYTON, Ohio -- The Wayne Warriors flexed their considerable muscle, speed and toughness, and chopped down the Princeton Vikings, 21-4, in the nightcap of the Skyline Chili Crosstown Showdown at soggy Welcome Stadium on Friday night.

The final had the look of a baseball score because Wayne suffered two safeties ? tailback Anthone Taylor was tackled in the end zone in the first quarter and a shotgun snap slipped through Braxton Miller's hands out of the end zone in the fourth quarter.

There was plenty of "Miller Time" as Wayne's junior quarterback tossed a 19-yard TD pass to Caleb Elkins and scored on a 1-yard option run at 11:11 of the third quarter.

Miller's rushing TD came after a Princeton fumble deep in its territory, and it was sweet redemption because it made up for Miller's fumble at the Vikings' 1 on Wayne's opening series.

Probably had a lot to do with the weather.
It was indeed the weather. Miller and the center fumbled a couple snaps. He was pretty exciting to watch. He looks a lot like Troy Smith as he rolls out toward the flat and throws darts down the sideline. His first pass of the game was like that where he actually could've taken off for about 20 yards, but instead threw a rope to his RB about 15 yards downfield. Unfortunately the kid dropped the pass. Miller has a quick release and appears to set his feet quickly because he rarely threw a bad ball. He took off down Princeton's sideline for 50 yards one time and looked like a blur. With his arm and speed it's gonna be hard to redshirt him if he doesn't unseat the incumbent if he comes to tOSU.
