I've said this before, but anything from the Morning Journal should not be taken seriously at all. My family canceled their subscription because it was laughably inaccurate so much. It is not a quality paper and obviously some of the writers for the paper are not the greatest.

JT was talking about how TB has always been field smart but has now moved from "seeing the field and knowing what to do" to "seeing the field and knowing what to do with a defender in your face".

OSU's Boeckman a super surprise in replacing Heisman winner

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- No one thought Ohio State or its quarterback would be all that good this season. One of the biggest reasons nobody expected the Buckeyes to be contenders is because they were losing a Heisman Trophy winner at quarterback and replacing him with a guy who had more birthdays (23) than he had minutes on the field (20).

Boy, were a lot of people wrong about the Buckeyes -- and Todd Boeckman.

Boeckman definitely IS great.

Now someone do us all a favor and make sure he doesn't read any of this praise and love, so he doesn't get any Heisman-itis.... that disease that helped us lose the NC game in january.

Nah, I know he would be able to handle all the attention he's getting..... although I still hope he does NOT win the Heisman. It almost dooms you in the NFL.

Great articles, though. I might go down to St. Henry and watch the game Saturday.

that said; I've been hearing talk on ESPN (not that I care that much for them) about Todd's name being dropping this year already...
so watch out 08; We'd have 3 possible Heisman contenders; Beanie, Robo and Todd.

and those are just our offensive candidates!!

Ya, that Heisman is really pulling Carson Palmer down.

It might seem like the Heisman spells doom in the NFL because (as we all should know) a good college player doesn't always make a good pro player.
