Todd didn't put up huge stats but if you saw him play you would've come away impressed. He's making fewer risky throws and knows right when to take off and run for a first down.

Boeckman moves up

Todd Boeckman's two TD passes give him 23 this season, the fourth-best total in OSU history. He completed 17-of-28 passes for 166 yards, and he also racked up 27 rushing yards with some timely scrambles.

"I'm not the fastest guy. It takes me a couple steps to get going," the 6-foot-5 junior said. "But I can do some things if I see an opening."

It certainly isn't a listed category in the consecutive statistics kept by Ohio State.

Anyone check out the box score for yesterday's game? I'd say the "Huh?" stat from the game was this line from the receiving stats: "T. Boeckman, Receptions: 1, Yards: -13, Average -13.0"

I remember someone in the stands near me asked if Boeckman catching his own pass counts as a reception. Guess this answers the question.
