Penn State Cult (Joe Knew)

Greenies to the first mother [censored]er who quotes him. The two people who know who he is are not eligible.

Gotta be...?

"OSU gets its share this year because it was surrendered last year. One year bowl ban, one year share loss. It's there.
Not for nothing, PSU fans would do well to focus on their own situation and less on other programs at this point. It's only going to drive people crazy to try and compare one set of infractions and punishments to another."

I agree. I believe Emmert left the door open for that. Plus, with the arrogance throughout the entire culture, it won't take long for additional infractions to take place, and this time there will be people actually looking. This could turn out to be more fun than the death penalty (which I believe they earned).

You kind of wish that someone like Penn State Board of Trustee member Anthony Lubrano would just stop talking and just move on.

The university is not fighting the penalties, so what's the point?

I don't know what's the benefit for someone like Lubrano or Michael Robinson.

Of course he is, it doesn't mean he's right. Lubrano has to say that. If Reply
he was anything but diplomatic in the position he now has it will hurt his ability to do what needs to be done. He has to be careful to not let others define him in a negative way.

We need him on the board and we need him to be effective moving forward.
Wow.

I don't know that I'll ever forgive myself for not including this mongoloid in the poll. He's not as batshit crazy as the Mack, but I can really picture him swigging on a porch, swigging on some homeshine in a ratty ped state tank top, with a rusted out 63 Buick in the foreground. If Mack brings the delusional mind to bear, this guy brings the simple mind to the game.

Re: Anthony Lubrano, "Rod Erickson is a fine fine man" Reply

I like Mr. Lubrano. We voted for him and his plan to restore the roar. Having said that, he may be in over his head. He has no idea the kind of sharks he is now swimming with. Sharks that will do anything to maintain power. Sharks that have been around the block and know all the politics involved at this level. Sharks that eat their own. Sharks that should be featured on Discovery's Shark Week for the evil they do. I just hope Anthony realizes that these same people could be setting a trap for him by allowing him to speak and then hang him out to dry later.

It figures that some idiot Buckeye would think this is just about a football team and winning games.* I'm not abandoning my UNIVERSITY.* I'm pulling my financial support from it until it gets real Penn Staters into positions of leadership who will fight for the university and the Grand Experiment.* That's the difference between us and you: we care about more than just a football team.* Now go down to your mother's basement and light a candle to your former cheater coach.

Re: Anthony Lubrano, "Rod Erickson is a fine fine man"ReplyGod, I hope this isn't true. AL was the one true Penn Stater out there fighting the good fight within the halls of power. Best case scenario is that he's going to publicly toe a certain line so that he can fight for change from within. Worst case scenario, they've corrupted him or bought him off with promises of being an "insider" and all the lucrative insider deals that entails.

Too rational for bwi.
