? The Buckeyes are 9-2-2 at home in Value City Arena this year, including 8-1-1 in their last 10 games. The squad is outscoring opponents 3.6-2.2 in VCA.
? Ohio State was held to two goals or less in four-consecutive games in a four-game winless streak (Jan. 17-30). The team rebounded with six goals at Alaska last Friday in a 6-2 victory. Ohio State now ranks seventh nationally, averaging 3.6 goals a game.
? The Buckeyes have won all three shootouts they have been involved with this season. The squad has shootout wins over Miami, Ferris State and Western Michigan.

? Beginning this weekend, Ohio State will have six of its final eight games televised live. CBS College Sports will carry the game vs. the Irish Friday and the game vs. Michigan Feb. 21. Big Ten Network will show the Buckeyes? game at Michigan State Feb. 13 and at home vs. Michigan Feb. 20. FSN Detroit will carry the Ohio State vs. Michigan State game Feb. 14 and ONN and the NHL Network will televise the game in Oxford Feb. 27.
