I’m confident the time off has helped the team.
Some guys need to wrestle. Some guys need the time off. No clue what guys fit into what category.
all our guys win their first matches.
I don't see a reason why they shouldn't.

McCrone can get to the final.
Bouzakis will have a path to the 3rd place match.
Mendez...
D'Emilio gets to the Semi if he loses he can still get to the 3/4 place match, where he will have Parco/Lovett.
Cannon could be third or eighth...
Gallagher I just don't know where he is. Losses to Chittum and Kraisser, injuries and possibly HEW? Mine and his confidence are questionable.
Kharch Pinto in the semi could go either way. I believe he can beat Haines if he gets there.
Rogotzke has to win two on the backside if he wins his first. If not he'll need an at large bid to get in to the NCAA.
Shumate needs to win the first and then two on the backside.
Feldman gets to semi, loses to Steveson and then beats Kueter to wrestle in the 3/4.

In Ohio State finals... thru round 2.. Hoban's soph Brayton Feister (215) has 2 pins in a TOTAL of 1:55; the two he pinned have 70 wins total
Little brother, freshman Brydon (190), has 2 pins but total of 5 minutes

The wrestlers they have pinned are wrecking the consolations with pins as well

Both Feister brothers won round 3 and into championship match
No pin for Brayton.. but 15-0 score vs a kid with 48 wins
However, Brydon, the younger brother did win by pin.. his 3rd.. has pinned every opponent

The two fellas Brayton pinned are wrestling for 3-4 spots.. impressive
So is the fella Brydon pinned last

Disappointed in the first round for McCrone and Bouzakis. That was bad. No reason for that when you already have film on your guy. Same with Ryder.

Cannon is a beast! I was exited to see him wrestle and he brought it! Into the semis! I missed Paddy’s match, but saw he was injured. Sucks.

Tough loss for Kharchla. I thought the swipe was a little quick and I think Angel Rivera gets a little excited at times, but at the end of the day, you have to wrestle for 7 min and Kharchla didn’t.

Shumate’s match against Buchanan was solid. It was 1-0 with 15 seconds left. He posed no threat, but the 8-0 score was not indicative of the entire match.

Feldman has a tough road regardless. I’m not seeing it this year.

Our guys wrestled hard. Wish them luck tonight!
