Ohio State Wrestling (2015/2017/2018 B1G Champs, 2015 National Champs, 2019 National Runners-up)

D'Emilio/Paniro 2nd rd. isn't a bad matchup. Feldman beats Kueter next time. I only want to wrestle McCrone and Bouzakis first rd. Mendez/Bartlett Semi is fine. Shumate has tough first match. Rogotzke could pin his way to Keckeisen. Cannon has a path to the semi. Kharch and Paddy didn't get any favors. Top six this season would surprise some folks...
Little over a week. Go BUCKEYES...

I’m going to ride your enthusiasm here. I hope you’re right on Feldman. I did not see their rematch, but I saw Kueter won 2-0. Pure speculation here, it seems as though it was 0-0 after 1, an escape for Kueter for a point and a ride out for an additional point in some order. He needs to figure out how to overcome Kueter’s length otherwise I’m afraid we’ll see a similar result. I agree with you on Kharchla’s draw too. I thought it was almost disrespectful, but that’s my bias as I haven’t watched much of the top seeded wrestlers ahead of him other than Pinto, which I think Kharchla beats. Regardless, it starts and stops with O’Toole in my opinion. I’m feeling a run for Bouzakis too. He’s pinned Orine in the past, he’ll be refreshed for Shawver, and ready for his date with Ayala. Can’t wait!

Wow, Cannon got a pretty dang good seed but he earned it. Dylan may have got a a bad seed but he kind of brought that upon himself this season. Feldman might be too low considering his losses against top opponents for the most part, but overall everything looks about right. We petered out in the B1G and the guys are going to take hits on their seeds because of that.

But after many years of wrestling, coaching and following the sport, throw the seeds aside and just wrestle your best when it matters. We have plenty of guys that can get on the podium if they ignore the seeds and just go wrestle to their abilities. Go Bucks, can't wait for the Tourney.
