100%. Very winnable game. Need Thierry to be the senior and step up I think. 1-2 long balls from Chance or Ava and there it is. Would also help if uncalled elbow to the throat wasn't Betts' main move.

Just an off night shooting wise for the ladies…..missed a lot of open shots….

Echoing the above thoughts. "If you live by the three, you die by the three" could summarize last night. If we're hitting, then the game would have been closer. Ajae seemed to get lazy during several/many plays. Elsa had some very good minutes, but got stuffed when she didn't elevate enough (playing against UCLA's aircraft carrier) to get her shot off. Jaloni had a very quiet 18-20 points. Press was not as successful against a powerful UCLA, as against lesser teams. Cotie showed up in a big way, but tOSU was missing a third scorer. If we got one point for those 'in-and-outers', then we win. UCLA utilized their big in a very harmful way to tOSU, and we seemed powerless to stop her. Hard battles were fought in the paint, and UCLA got away with some hooks, pushes, and over-the-backs, but that's the game. Hats off to the Buckeyes, keeping it close for over three quarters, very scrappy, but UCLA found another gear in the fourth, and tOSU was powerless to stop it.
