Yeah, it's random. It's tied into one of the dynasty accelerators, recruiting reports deal. If you have the recruit manager guy then he'll apparently tell which recruits to call that are double points and such.IronBuckI;1515315; said:

No, those recruiting x2s and pink diamonds are not turned off...its the accelerator that's turned off. The accelerator (advisor) tells you which recruits have those additions so that you know off the bat. Otherwise you have to go through and look at each recruit to see if they have it or not.

Sometimes there are players that don't show you in their list of teams they are interested in; but if you add them to your board they will be interested in you and add you to their list. Those players have a pink diamond next to their head. The only way to find them without the recruiting advisor is to scroll through the headshots of each and every single recruit. It doesn't happen often.
One time though, in my dynasty, the #1 RB in the country wasn't green when I first looked through. Then in week 5 he had the pink diamond above his head. Then last game of the year he committed to me over Michigan after I whooped up Michigan at their house when he was visiting them

OK, so I am looking for a roster that has all the teams, but is very accurate for OSU. Anyone have that?? I'm on 360

Use this gamertag from the EA Lockers...he has the most accurate rosters out (given that its a 70 man roster limit in the game, so some HAVE to be left off).
