Do you guys still have a "Stadium Sounds" file somewhere on here? I did a search, but found nothing. I'm pretty sure someone had them all on here last year...

Aren't they still on your PS3? I just transfered them all onto NCAA 10. Man they make the game that much better. BTW where do you guys have the "Go Bucks" cheer and "thunderstruck stadium sound" in the game?

New online ID for roster dl's from EA:

PS3 - EASCNCAA10
Xbox 360 - EASCNCAA10
Also, Xbox 360 - Millikin (my gamertag)

It has the new rosters with OSU named. If anyone wants to take them and add name any other teams please feel free to do so. Maybe that way we can get all of the Big 10 teams, or OSU's opponents for the first year named.

Also, I didn't edit anything other than names on the file. So all of the numbers, heights and weights are the defaults. That way the roster file should work just fine online.

Is it pretty easy to transfer them? (My game is arriving via UPS today).

I just started a game and I couldn't find it. Minor just got injured, and it now shows up under "strategy" as "injury report." So maybe someone has to be injured on either team for it to show up.
That's it. Nesbitt(Ga Tech) just got hurt and I was finally able to find the in-game injury report. I can feel the rage subsiding as I type.

Excellent, I knew it had to be there. I'm glad it works. I think the same thing likely existed in 09, because it seemed there were times when I couldn't find it either. Mystery solved. :)

Kind of a partially solved mystery. The reason that I couldn't find it is because players were disappearing from the field, but not showing up as injured. All of them were RBs and defensive lineman.

The problem might be related to my sub strategy that is going to have to change. I set my subs for RBs and defensive lineman to sub out when their fatigue goes below 99, and to sub back in when they get to 100. This keeps a crazy rotation of backs and d-linemen, but I wonder if it's causing problems if a back gets a little dinged, and never makes it back to 100% for the game. I've read that EA has played around with player fatigue in their soccer games so that players, realistically, get more tired as the game goes on. If that's the case, then the players would never make it back to 100% for that game. That's just speculation on my part though. I'll have to play my next game with the default 80-60 sub patterns, and see if I get any different results.

Yeah, I've seen similar issues reported at OS. It's most likely due to the sub strategy.

Holy hell, you can purchase recruiting cheats through the EA store. Oh, and they can be used for online dynasties, too.
what?!! what kind of cheats are we talking about here... revealing pitches, or securing kids?

Is this EA's backhanded method of including greased palms into recruiting?

Ncaa 10 - Why is ea selling functions that should be in the game. - Operation Sports Forums
I just went through most of the modes on ncaa 10 and ea trys to sell you something on every mode. Start a franchise and your offered the opportunity to buy a pipeline state, then theres the recruit advisor. Both of these "cheats" can be used in online dynasties even though it creates an unfair advantage for the people that don't want to or can't purshase them.

On the road to glory you can pay to be a five star recruit everytime you start the mode. Thats another 500 xbox live points. It just seems ridiculous that they give us 95% of the game and gouge us for the last 5%.

I just wonder if enough people pay then whats next, are they going to start charging for online dynasty mode.
All of these items can be obtained by playing the game, these shorcuts are just offered for the more casual crowd. So it won't be a problem online if that's what you are worried about.
Sportsmanship problem - Operation Sports Forums
Hey all,

Just got the game at midnight, and am loving it so far. I've run across one thing that I would consider a serious problem though, and that's the Sportsmanship aspect of Season Showdown.

I'm Notre Dame, up 52-17 early in the 3rd on Iowa (everything is going my way. Everything. I got killed by Michigan earlier).

EVERY SINGLE TIME I PASS THE BALL I get -50 for "Running It Up." Every time. Doesn't matter if it's 3rd and 15, I'm expected to run the ball.

This isn't cool. I'm now well into the negatives for my Irish, just because I've thrown three times in the second half. I'm not trying to run up the score - I'm trying to get first downs to eat clock.

So, warning to all – if you are winning by a few touchdowns in the second half, don't throw. Ever.
More lazy programming. At least get your gimmick features right, EA.

My Star QB... "XXX" - Operation Sports Forums
It's a little disappointing to see that after I loaded my CAS teams my star QB's name was changed to 'XXX.'

Russel, any fixes possible? It may have something to do with whether or not the player was named by the user because the QB for that team was the only person whose name I edited.

On a positive note, the announcer actually said my team's mascot name which is not the most common one ever... "Red Wolves." Is that an actual college mascot or does the game have extra mascot names programmed in for commentary?
The same thing happened to me. Except in my situation, I tried to remake Alabama and Crimson Tide is Xed out and so is Terrence Cody's last name (I named the whole roster in Teambuilder.) I can understand user created teams getting Xed out by the filter but to have a major college program name that is IN THE GAME be censored is stupid.
I'm having a similar problem with my Team Builder's stadium.

"Welcome to XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, home of the UNCW Seahawks!"

Also, my team's starting center's name was XXXXXXXX as well. What makes that even more odd was that I didn't name the players myself, I let the Team Builder website generate the names for me.

What gives?
You can change the stadium name on the website and redownload.

If you hadn't noticed, under the team builder management options, it has the ability to check for updates and download again without taking up another slot. So unless you're already in dynasty mode with the team, it's fixable.
Did that. I changed it from Legion Sports Complex to Legion Stadium and both got me the same result.
Well of course "Legion" is offensive... think of all the people who's ancestors were slain 2000 years ago by the Roman Legion... I mean...duh.

I'm holding out hope that EA isn't smart enough to figure out what b00bie spells for Permian's star RB.

I'm pretty excited about this release.

1) They've addressed gameplay, physics, and gameplanning/playcalling in a big way. Big step in the right direction after years of lateral or backwards movement.

2) There are a lot of blunders with this release. I'm hoping this will hurt their image and/or wallet enough to step up their game even further enxt year. Most of the problems seem to be ones that I can live with also.
