Not going to lie I have lost all respect for SCum. The level of crying is insane. To the point that they truly believe that the problem is everyone else and not themselves. This is why they may never get back to being any good. ZERO accountability for the outcomes of any games they lose. It is truly insanity. Ball don't lie as they say. You play the game and it takes what it takes. It is that simple. A couple of weeks ago MSU was flagged for 17 penalties at Indiana verse 3 against Indiana........hmmmmm that sucked but you play through it and do what it takes. You don't complain about it you make plays, you overcome, you adapt. There is something really wrong with that program. Like a rot as its very base because 20-30 years ago they did not falter at the end of games, they battled and found plays. Now they wilt at the end of basically any game against tough competition.

Anyway, I almost feel bad for they until I remember how much a despise that fan base and the whole program.

"All of our goals are ahead of us,” Michigan State coach Mel Tucker said, via Spartan Tailgate. “We’re gonna block out all of the noise. We’re gonna circle the wagons. The most important voices are gonna be the voices inside of our building, and then we’re gonna go back to work and get ready for Maryland. That’s what we gotta do.”

Just sayin': Tucker's right, Sparty still controls it own destiny in the B1G. They will be force that we'll have to deal with on the 20th and fortunately it is a home home.

The B10 Championship still goes through tOSU. And if a team from the East win the B10 Championship game then they will most likely get into the BCS game. So it is just as it has been for some time. Win and you control your own destiny. Lose and you leave to others. While I hate the loss by MSU it was bound to happen. And that loss can be overcome. If MSU first loss was to tOSU then the chances of making the B10 champ game was almost zero. Going 12-0 and then winning the B10 champ game to go 13-0 is a very tall ask for any team. Hard for any B10, B12, or SEC team to run the table.

If MSU wins out, they still have a shot at the playoffs. I think it's a long shot, though, but winning the conference is still on the table for them. Lose another game, especially against Ohio State, and it's pretty much done, though.
Depending on how the games play out between now and then, I may be rooting for Sparty to give Penn State fans a reason to cry for years to come. I still enjoy watching them cry about a Spartan offensive lineman lining up in the backfield and taking a handoff for a touchdown.

Any of the 3 Big Ten teams that could run the table and finish 12-1 will make the BCS unless Bama beats Georgia and then both Georgia and Bama get in at 12-1. This will leave only 2 spots for a pile of 1 loss teams and a possible undefeated Oklahoma squad. Which then means you have 1 spot and a possible 1 loss B10 team, a 1 loss Oregon, an Undefeated Cincy......ect. You can see where things get dicey. If Georgia beats Bama then any of the 3 B10 teams that run the table and have 1 loss are in for sure. I do think a 1 loss tOSU squad gets in but I am not sure a 1 loss MSU or any other B10 teams gets in with a single loss if Bama beats Georgia. I know this for sure, this will play itself out over the next 3-4 weeks and usually the teams that should get in are made obvious.

MSU's Mel Tucker takes shot at those who whine about refs: 'Makes your program soft'

Mel Tucker on Monday reserved judgement on referee calls he had questions about in Michigan State football’s first loss of the season Saturday at Purdue.

He didn’t hold back about his feelings about those who lodge their complaints publicly.

“I don't like to talk about bad calls,” Tucker said during his weekly news conference. “That's not part of our culture. We don't like to make excuses about anything. I think that makes your program soft. I think it gives your coaches and your players a way out, so I don’t even like to talk about it that much.

“But we do turn them in, because we need clarification. And if I disagree with something, I'll tell them and then we move on, because that's not gonna change the outcome, actually. It happens every week. It's a human performance business, and there's a lot of judgment calls as well.”

The not-so-subtle jab came about 25 minutes after Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh was asked by a reporter in Ann Arbor if the Big Ten office called him to discuss the overturned strip-stack-fumble recovery touchdown by Aidan Hutchinson in the first half of MSU’s eventual 37-33 victory over the Wolverines on Oct. 31. MSU quarterback Payton Thorne's shin was ruled down by replay officials on the sack by U-M's David Ojabo.

Harbaugh: “Yeah, as we all expected, all saw, mistakes were made."

Reporter: “You heard from them?”

Harbaugh: “That was the response, they made a mistake.”

Reporter: “On that call?”

Harbaugh: “Yeah. And others.”

Reporter: “So they said they said they made mistakes on other calls?”

Harbaugh: “Yes.”

Reporter: “Just being clear.”

Harbaugh: “Can't be any more clear than that."

Reporter: “Well there were a lot of calls, that's why I wasn't sure.”

Harbaugh: “Yeah, there were. The film doesn’t lie, you know.”

Tucker calling out Harbaugh here:

The best part is, even though Harbaugh may have actually been correct with some of the calls, he was still such an asshole about the process that pissed off the referees even further.

Tsun is right back where they were when Jimmy came in; between a rock and a hard place with OSU and MSU both having better coaches and programs. Wait until Tucker has time to out-recruit him as well.

Didn't the dumbass break the right one when he sucker punched Jim Kelly?

Ha. I forgot about that.

https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/...-top-10-get-knocked-off-while-titans-impress/

So he gets called a "baby", decides the best thing to do is to punch Jim Kelly, saying "don't question my toughness". Then he's the one losing out on $140,000 per week for 3 weeks.

Also, that doesn't explain why his other pinky finger is just as crooked. Or did he break bones in both hands?
