Michigan State Spartans (official thread)

Yeah this is the bad side of all of this stuff. Kid is left in limbo. Hopefully he does not lose any eligibility and can have this year back he is losing if found innocent.
People are a problem both male and female humans lie and deceive for their own profit. I really hope tis can get sorted in the proper manner. Until this is resolves hard to say much more.

Listen OSU had no business losing to Oregon. But it is what it is. Run the table and it will all work out fine for the Bucks. MSU is going to struggle down the stretch. The main issue is that the O-line is marginal and the running game is relying on KW3 speed and moves and popping quite a few big runs. Against a good D-line that is disciplined and does not allow the cut back the MSU running game is going to struggle. And that is the issue right now. MSU has yet to show the ability to drive the field at 3-5 yards at a time consistently. I get it, no need if you can do it in one play but that can be fools gold. The one thing that is working in the teams favor is that the 2 toughest games are 11 and 12 on the schedule. And they are rotating 9-10 kids into the offensive line. So by the end of the season they might be able to weather the storm and give a consistent performance. As long as PSU QB is out I don't see them as the threat. I mean the problem OSU faces ever year is that they are the most talented team in the B10. That creates it own issues and pressures. OSU playing its A game likely beats everyone in the B10. The question is if they can muster that the week before The Game. All my MSU boys just wanted a bowl game this season. The team has preformed much better than anticipated. And what is funny is many of the play makers were here with CMD. So the idea that the team was devoid of talent appears to be wrong. Yes KW3 is a transfer. But the QB, and 2 WRs were here before. And most of the Oline are holdovers from CMD. Where things have changed are on the Defensive side with quite a few transfers getting time and making plays. Which is funny because that was the strength under CMD.

Ok boys it is obvious the squad is progressing faster than anticipated. The running game is looking better than anticipated. That was a solid win over the weekend. SCum is a solid team. I fully expect them to beat PSU now. As far as our game in a few weeks. I had assumed that tOSU was just going to run over MSU. And that is still a possibility. I still can't see how tOSU scores under 35 and that would require MSU to score more than that to win. If that happens then tOSU needs to take a very long look at the coaching and recruiting. Because there is no way a legit defense should allow a RB to get 200 yards and 5 TDs. I still think no one beats tOSU if they play their A game in the B10. But I now do believe that MSU can keep it close if tOSU plays their A game. Which I did not believe until this past weekend. I can only assume PSU played their arses off last weekend. I was at my post game tailgate grilling and did not watch any of that game. And yes for some reason this relationship is starting to feel a bit different between our teams. I need to see MSU recruit much better before I am ready to say that year and year out our game would be competitive. But CMT definitely is recruiting in a manner that MSU could have the talent needed to make that happen. Thankfully this all gets settled in a few weeks. Good Luck
