Listen OSU had no business losing to Oregon. But it is what it is. Run the table and it will all work out fine for the Bucks. MSU is going to struggle down the stretch. The main issue is that the O-line is marginal and the running game is relying on KW3 speed and moves and popping quite a few big runs. Against a good D-line that is disciplined and does not allow the cut back the MSU running game is going to struggle. And that is the issue right now. MSU has yet to show the ability to drive the field at 3-5 yards at a time consistently. I get it, no need if you can do it in one play but that can be fools gold. The one thing that is working in the teams favor is that the 2 toughest games are 11 and 12 on the schedule. And they are rotating 9-10 kids into the offensive line. So by the end of the season they might be able to weather the storm and give a consistent performance. As long as PSU QB is out I don't see them as the threat. I mean the problem OSU faces ever year is that they are the most talented team in the B10. That creates it own issues and pressures. OSU playing its A game likely beats everyone in the B10. The question is if they can muster that the week before The Game. All my MSU boys just wanted a bowl game this season. The team has preformed much better than anticipated. And what is funny is many of the play makers were here with CMD. So the idea that the team was devoid of talent appears to be wrong. Yes KW3 is a transfer. But the QB, and 2 WRs were here before. And most of the Oline are holdovers from CMD. Where things have changed are on the Defensive side with quite a few transfers getting time and making plays. Which is funny because that was the strength under CMD.
