The Indianapolis Colts have relinquished the rights to five restricted free agents, making them unrestricted free agents.
Allowed to test their value on the open market are running back Mike Hart, safety Jamie Silva, tight ends Tom Santi and Gijon Robinson and defensive back Mike Richardson.
The Colts have the right to issue one-year tenders to each of their restricted free agents - players with three years experience - but only did so with defensive lineman Eric Foster.

Michigan's all-time leading rusher, Mike Hart, is back in the state -- as a coach.
The former Wolverine just started at Eastern Michigan on coach Ron English's staff as the ninth coach, which means he can work on the field, according to EMU athletic department spokesman Jim Streeter.
Hart, who was released as a player by the Indianapolis Colts before the lockout after a three-year NFL career, has long said his dream was to be a coach at Michigan when his playing days were over, and this would be the first step.
Streeter said a vacancy arose when the program's recruiting coordinator left.
English was U-M's defensive coordinator when Hart was at Michigan.
