Jameis Winston (QB Browns)

Alex had it right....

This chick has a boyfriend, went all Sarah-Palin-with-Glen-Rice with Winston, probably sobered up and realized what had happened and then tried to make it seem like rape so her real boyfriend would buy it. I hate FSU and I don't think Winston is really a good QB (more of a product of an era that emphasizes offense at the expense of defense), but this type of scenario has been happening forever.

Jameis Winston earns save in first pitching appearance of 2014

Jameis Winston's offseason isn't going to be like most Heisman Trophy winners' offseasons.

Ignoring the desires of much of the Seminole football faithful ... and pro scouts, no doubt ... and probably, secretly, his Florida State coaches ... Winston has remained faithful to his plan to play for the Seminole baseball team in the spring. A 15th-round selection of the Texas Rangers in 2012, Winston enjoyed a stellar 2013 freshman season and was named a third-team preseason All-American by Baseball America.

Winston appeared as a pinch-hitter in the Seminoles' season-opening win over Niagara Friday, but should make his greatest contribution in 2014 as the Seminoles' closer. The sophomore made his first pitching appearance of the season in Saturday's Game 2 4-1 victory, working his way out of an inherited eighth-inning jam and retiring the Purple Eagles' final six batters for the save.

"I just wanted to get out there and pitch," Winston said at Seminoles.com. "Obviously, I was excited and when they called down to the bullpen, I was ready."

Both Casher and Darby face FSU charges of "conduct of a sexual nature that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment for another person" and "acts that invade the privacy of another person." Casher faces an additional charge of "recording of images without consent." If found responsible in a university hearing, they could receive punishments ranging from a letter of reprimand to expulsion from the university.
These were the witnesses who verified Jameis' account.

Casher, Winston's roommate and a fellow Alabamian, is a reserve defensive end who played in spots last season before sitting out the final three games. Darby, a defensive back, was voted the ACC's defensive rookie of the year in 2012 and had two tackles in the Seminoles' title-winning game over Auburn in January

I think we'll know what will happen here.

Heisman Trophy Winner: Off Scot free
DB with All-American potential: miss the Spring Game
Reserve DE: kicked off team

It's only right.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, the fact that there were apparently people in the room watching the sexual act take place seems to support the claim that the girl wasn't a willing participant. How many people willingly fornicate with an audience?

It's like the old saying that 3 out of 4 people enjoy gang rape. Of course that's what the witness testimony will say.

If you'd spent your Fridays at the north 'berg you'd know the answer:
Two performers named Tom and Louise
Had an act they performed on their knees.
They would crawl down the aisle,
Pumpkin dog style,
While the orchestra played Kilmer's Trees.

Singing aye, yi, yi, aye...
