Jameis Winston (QB Browns)

Winston accuser eyes civil lawsuit

Jameis Winston's alleged rape accuser plans to file a civil lawsuit against the Florida State quarterback and the Tallahassee Police Department, her attorney told ABC News on Wednesday.

"I want heads to roll," Patricia Carroll said in an exclusive interview with ABC News.

"The family is proceeding, with civil action against the TPD and Jameis Winston. And possibly the university."

I'm going somewhere with this conspiracy theory...and it involves Saban and the SEC....stay with me on this:

1. Okay, here she is (on the left, SIAP):

2. Now, here's WHY she wasn't able to get the conviction:

According State Attorney Meggs, DNA tests of the accuser's pink shorts and underwear revealed not only Winston's DNA but an unknown source. Meggs indicated there was little cooperation from the accuser in identifying that source, which is why the case took as long as it did. When asked if the woman had sex with more than one male, Meggs told reporters "that would be a logical conclusion."

Add all that up, and you get this conclusion:

3. She transferred to Bammer. TexPN, Bammer, and the SEC figured Bammer would beat everybody and get to the Natty. She comes out the day before the Heisman with her little presser. That was part of the plan, but the Nicktator didn't follow through with his end of the plan. All of that, plus they figured that the fact that it is a Big Black dude messing with a pretty little White gal would play a part...

Re: Re: Carroll also questioned Meggs' reliance on two witnesses: Winston's teammates Christopher Casher and Ronald Darby. Both men said they were with Winston when the accuser struck up a conversation with him at a bar, and both men told police they saw Winston having consensual sex with the woman in his bedroom.

Just sayin': I don't think there is an Alabama conspiracy here. But, it will be interesting if the case is filed an goes to trial. The interesting thing to me will be the testimony of the two witnesses. The season is now over, their QB was not suspended, Free shoes won the National Championship. Will they now change their story under oath (with the possibility of a perjury charge if they are found to be lying).

I know this was all in humor... but a lot of misinfo being perpetuated...

IIRC that's not really her. That's just what the amateur hour turned up in Tallahassee

DNA tests of the accuser's pink shorts and underwear revealed not only Winston's DNA but an unknown source.

Not unknown -- her boyfriend's blood was on the outside of her shorts.

That's nice, but blood is not semen.
There was no semen - from Winston or her boyfriend - involved.
Winston's was saliva in her panties; her boyfriends was blood on the outside of her shorts.

So wait, this chick did something disturbing enough to get her boyfriends blood (not semen) on the outside of her shorts and famous Jamis went down on her the very same night? That's it?

:slappy:

If that's the truth of the matter then forget everything I have said. He's paid his dues.

He's not a rapist, he's just a moron.

I'm prepping this to put out on the Bammer message boards. I will have to post it from the public library, however. If I come home and my trees are either dying or burning, I know my message got through.

Civil suit against Jameis Winston appears to be developing

Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston was accused of sexual assault last fall, but an investigation ended up with no charges pressed against the Heisman Trophy quarterback. Though Winston escaped criminal charges, a civil case appears to be looming. According to a report published Friday by FOX Sports, the lawyer representing Winston’s accuser has hired two high-profile attorneys specializing in sexual assault and Title IX cases.
