Jameis Winston (QB Browns)

Winston's lawyer released a statement saying they want the StateAttorney to come to a decision sooner rather than later. Said the delay is concerning because his client's reputation is being harmed by the delay and it could influence the Heisman vote.

This is simply a PR maneuver...make it look like you're client is trying to expedite the process when you know damn well that it won't happen. "Well we tried to hurry to the process..." He is an asshat for putting potential rape charges and Heisman Trophy perception on the same echelon. Yeah, we wouldn't want a young woman's sexual autonomy to get in the way of Winston's Heisman chances :smash:

As to the officer and his (attempted) ties to boosters...womppppp wompppppp! I tried to maintain objectivity on this, but it really looks like this might become unraveled sooner rather than later.

Alright, now this is odd... well, not odd. But, if we go back to Kyle's previous commentary regarding how Winston was acting and how it seemed suspicious, I was thinking at the time... if he had a lawyer worth a broke dick, the lawyer would have laid out in no uncertain terms what could happen to him. And, if that attorney did say, "Hey man, look, here's what this girl is accusing you of, and if they choose to believe her and not you, here is what they're gonna do to you" And that's how it should have been laid out before him. In which case he would and should be scared [Mark May]less. And if said attorney was worth a broke dick, he's realize that's the case, and what could happen to his client is a [Mark May] ton more important than a heisman trophy and FSU's 2013 season. So... right now, I'm leaning more toward Kyle's analysis.

Yeah, I'm in no way claiming to be an expert at reading body language. I'm not a human lie detector. I do have experience with having to "interview" forklift drivers after a rack was hit and no one admitted to it. Three times in two years. Every time I asked each operator a series of questions. Every time I was right when I told my boss who I thought did it.

When I saw a post-game interview with Winston after Idaho, it just felt off. Like you said, of course he's freaking out a little. I had the interview dvr'd but it's since been erased. Anyway, while I had it recorded, I watched like ten different interviews from this season. I've looked for the Idaho interview, but it's not on YouTube. There's a shorter one in there, but in that one, he's standing up and it looks like a 1on1. The video I'm looking for, he's seated in a room full of reporters. His smiles are fake, his usual self confidence is gone, there's nervous laughter, and it seems like he's being a totally different person. It's completely different than any other interview of his I've seen.

Anyway, I'm not trying to convince anyone else. I'm not acting like it's proof by any means. I actually hope he's truly innocent. He's a great player and FSU being good is not good for UF or Cryami.

I'm just saying I have experience talking to people that are lying thru their teeth and people who are nervous but didn't do anything wrong. He wasn't lying to reporters that weren't asking any questions about the rape, but he sure looked like he was.

It's also odd that every single post-game interview of his is on YouTube, except for the game directly after the story really got out there.

This the one?

That's it. The only difference is the one I had recorded was from a different camera. It was shot from Jameis' left side. You could see his face almost the entire time.

Like I said. Not trying to convince anyone. Not really expecting him to be found guilty, or more accurately, it wouldn't surprise me if he wasn't touched.
But it's my opinion that he did it.

I would love to see the voters look at we do know about Manziel and what we suspect about Winston and triple the points they credit for character.

Still don't know who that would be because the rest are just rocks nobody has looked under.
