well yeah - ESPIN is owned by DISNEY.

Hell if Patrick isn't a goddamn Disney princess by this time next year I'll be shocked.

Please don't give our executive team here in the swamps any more ideas!

I'm just hoping we don't have a "Danica Week" at Wide World of Sports to celebrate this monumental 8th place finish.

She'll be spreading her legs for Hustler before it's all said and done. That will disqualify her for a "Danica Week" at most family oriented places me thinks...

Sure! It's great to see women break the glass ceiling in sports dominated by men, but I wish she would just settle on one type of racing that she does really well. Question is. Which one would that be? But I guess she's still a draw for women in all racing so that's worth money to racing promoters. Money drives the sport.

Should A.J. Foyt have settled on one type of racing? What about Mario Andretti or Dan Gurney?

But the over-the-top coverage is beyond absurd at this point.

I like her personally because she comes off as down-to-earth and doesn't outwardly use the fact she's female as an agenda. In fact, it seems she simply doesn't want folks to look at her as a female driver but just a driver. But, unfortunately, once the media (i.e., E$PiN) gets their hooks in you, you're going to be hyped ad naseum...
