Duke Blue Devils (that rat faced scumbag)

II've already stated above: I don't think the ACC does Duke any favors come tournament time with the way they call their games in the regular season.
I would put more stock on that if I were talking about the Big 10. The Big 10 is a heavyweight conference and the officials let them go at it during the regular season but that changes come tournament time. I think Duke gets treated "fairly":tongue2:during the regular season and the tournament.
I think they play better teams come tournament time. During the regular season the ACC is a racehorse conference and they are not used to a different style of play even though they have Mikey The Great :nerd:

The ACC is typically loaded. It should prepare you for difficult games. I disagree they are treated "fairly" in regular season play. They are treated much better than "fair".

Over the last couple years it's the same thing to me. A team coming off a good/great regular season that is expected to do well. Then in the tournament they look vastly overrated. Even if it's not officiating it is something, b/c in the ACC they are close to dominant with exception to a few games a year.

Quite a few teams from the ACC left in the dance this year:blush:

2 of 4 isn't awful. The Big 10 has 2 of 4 left.

The ACC was the highest rated conference. Even if it was an awful year, perenially it is one of the top conferences. It's just shocking to me that Duke continues to look mediocre every year. What's the problem?

2 :lol:I can't count very well but the only team I count from the ACC is North Carolina. Is there a hidden team someplace from the ACC?:shake:

DURHAM, N.C. -- Duke freshman forward Taylor King has decided to transfer.

King, a 6-foot-6 native of Huntington Beach, Calif., saw action in all 34 games in 2007-08, averaging 5.9 points and 2.0 rebounds per game. He had two 20-point games, including 27 points against Eastern Kentucky on Nov. 25, 2007.

Coach Mike Krzyzewski said Monday that King has "the ability to be a good player," adding that he supported King's decision to transfer.
