be careful...I made an argument Duke isn't as athletic as they used to be and got attacked.

It's true though. Over the last 5 years, Duke has gotten less and less athletic.

They had a great season, but they've been mediocre by Duke's standards for the last couple seasons.

I don't see it getting much better either, unless they start recruiting more athletic players. 5 star role players only get you so far. Paulas, Singler, King, Zoubek, Lamar Thomas aren't the cream of the crop people made them out to be. Good players yes, good enough to win championships, no.

As average as he was today, Gerald Henderson is one of the most underrated players. He has the potential to be a star in the league.

It's amzing to me the regular season Duke had. They had a terrific season, yet looked very mediocre come tournament time yet again. I'll re-open the can of worms, but the ACC does Duke no favors by spoon-feeding them in the regular season.

Also, of all the McDonald's All-Americans they continually bring in, many just aren't athletic enough to create for themselves against good teams.

It's b/c they had a great regular season. Problem is, their regular seasons over the last several years hasn't translated to the NCAA Tournament. My question is why?

I've already stated above: I don't think the ACC does Duke any favors come tournament time with the way they call their games in the regular season.
