Collectively, as a group, the entire D-Line will need to step it up big time now.

(Espsecially Abdallah and Denlinger) I think they're capable of leading the DL by example and not let this distract themselves or let it distract the younger guys. Wasn't Gibson the first overall selection in the spring draft? I know he's not a DT more of a DE/LB if I'm correct.

i'm not usually one of those guys who tries and brush off the possible suspension of a starter as "not a big deal" but... yeah. this isn't good for the team at all, but i'm not freaking out about the integrity of our d-line.


however, on the stupidshitometer... this is about an eleventy-billion

Can someone explain how this doesnt hurt the integrity of the d-line?

Worthington was a starter. A starter with a year under his belt. We need serious experience on the line, and this is kind of a major hit. I understand we have pups waiting in the wings, but experience and leadership is something that we need.

A major hit vs. the Penguins and maybe the Bobcats. There is no way on God's green earth that this is worth more than a 1-2 game suspension.

For those 1-2 games, we could win with a glass of milk and a plate of warm cookies playing DT.

It doesn't sound like you think there's a real possibility of him being expelled, so what point are you try to make?

IMHO, him getting expelled is almost as likely as Mini-Me being the starting center for the U.S. Olympic Basketball Team. (but not quite)
