Dayton Flyers (Official Thread)

I'm not even a Dayton fan but wins over Marquette and Xavier have really solidified your position. Barring a catostrophic finish, you're in.

That's what Dayton fans fear the most... Dayton seems to downplay teams they should dominate.. They tend to settle for shots they don't need to be taking, but the win tonight against Xavier was certainly a step in the right direction. Who knows, maybe Dayton can sweep Xavier!

We haven't won there since 1981... I'm not holding my breath, but every streak's gotta end sometime, right?

Officially a ruptured patellar tendon for Rob Lowery... Not sure about the prognosis for next year, but I'd say it takes him at least 12-14 weeks to get back to full-go...

I've heard that that can be worse than an ACL....

harder rehab...higher risk of complications etc.

I think there are couple orthopedic surgeons:biggrin2: on the board so you should know pretty quickly which is worse.

Dayton's PG (London Warren) reminds me so much of PJ Hill it's amazing.

who cares about what an Orthopedic Surgeon says. I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night.....so I am good to go.

From an Ohio State fan since you Dayton guys can't seem to keep up with your players:)

? Dayton guard Rob Lowery will miss the rest of the season after surgery to repair a torn tendon in his right knee.

Lowery, averaging 7.5 points, was injured in the Flyers' 71-58 win over No. 14 Xavier on Wednesday.
does not say which tendon
