About the only thing that could be classified as "best case scenario" for the Cavs this season was their mid-season trade. If Carroll plays tomorrow it just means he's was a huge pussy last night. If he's gimped up like Kyrie I don't think you want to throw him out there against Lebron or JR.
At the same time, Game 2 has to be approached as a must-win for Atlanta. As bucklion pointed out... they're not going to get 4/5 with 3 games in Cleveland.
So even if he's gimped up, they can't afford to sit him in a close game. On the other hand, the Cavs could play like they did towards the end and lose big =/
