Cleveland Cavs (2016 NBA Champions)

There is zero downside to signing Bynum to a two-year deal with a team option on the 2nd year. The only people who lose if he doesn't pan out are Bynum, his agent, and Dan Gilbert (who hardly needs the money).

We, the fans, can't possibly lose in this.

Ragarding the big free agent bonanza of 2014. Aside from Lebron, who the heck else is worthy of a max or near max contract ? Wade is too old, Bosh would be turning down 20.5 Mil (would he get near that?), who else?

Most of the good players have decent numbers for team options.

List

No one appears worth it but there will be some solid other guys worth large, but not max, deals like Luol Deng, Rudy Gay (not a fan), Zach Randolph, Amare, Bogut, and it'll be interesting to see what happens to Damarcus Cousins.

Now I could see teams throw some stupid money to most of those guys, but agreed, unless some changes happen along the way it's pretty much Lebron and ehh....

Im not sure what Grant is really thinking here...Bynum obviously has immense potential when healthy and is one of the best centers in the league...BUT, he would be playing in Cleveland...and we all know how it goes when you get a player that is injury prone that plays for any cleveland team...he is also an asshole...that much cannot be debated...what happens when things start going downhill and bynum could care less about playing out the rest of the season? i just see disaster all over this if he comes here...and i cant imagine LeButthole is dying to play with Bynum...give me AK47 or Brandt...way way less talent but less of a headache and a cancer to the locker room

Are the Cavs starting a bowling team?

If Bynum exceeds all expectations and plays well, the Cavs also can pick up the second-year option and have another attractive piece alongside star guard Kyrie Irving for their long-planned attempt to bring LeBron James back to Cleveland in 2014 free agency.

Delusional........

Completely. But, when you think about it, it's more enticing than Dwyane Wade past his prime and Rupaul at this point, I would think.

Fuck him. If Dan Gilbert has any balls, he'd turn up his nose if LeBald came sniffing around.

I'm not saying he should or he shouldn't. I'm just putting on my tinfoil hat for a second, and thinking that IF HE DID leave Miami in 2014, Cleveland would be hard to pass on for a reunion.

*Taking my tinfoil hat off now

Go fuck yourself Lebron.
